IN A PICKLE?

  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    Most orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 days (please refer to the individual product page for processing times). Larger orders can take slightly longer. Once your order has been made it will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st class delivery. It is recommended to place your order within sufficient time of your event
  • How far in advance should I order my sweet favours?
    If you are placing a large order it is recommended to order at least 1 - 2 months in advance of your event. Our sweets inventory usually have at least a year on their expiry dates. Sweet favours are also sealed securely. Therefore if ordering a few months in advance it is recommended to store them in a dry and cool place.
  • Can I request a custom design favour
    Yes of course! Please send a message via the 'Ask Me A Favour' page
  • What is your refund policy?
    Due to the personalised nature of items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as errors in personalisation, please don't hesitate to get in contact so that we can resolve your issue.
  • I have submitted the wrong personalisation. What should I do?
    If you have made an error in personalisation please get in touch via the 'Ask Me A Favour' page as soon as possible, so that the personalisation can be corrected before your order in processed, We regret to inform you that once your order has been made we are unable to offer a refund.
